Sofra terms of use

Prelaunch version: paid sales are closed. Operator identity, contact details and terms must be completed and reviewed before subscriptions are accepted.
The service
Sofra helps select recipes, organize dinners and create grocery lists from your inputs. Times are estimates and quantities scale with servings. The growing recipe catalog includes home adaptations inspired by different cuisines; some combinations of constraints may have too few matches.
Account and use
Saving requires a Sofra account. Protect your email and sign-in codes. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to access other accounts or disrupt it. You are responsible for the ingredients and preferences you enter.
Plans and pricing
The free plan allows up to 3 dinners and 5 saved plans. Sofra Plus allows 7 dinners and up to 100 saved plans for US$5.99 per month when sales open. The total and any taxes appear before payment confirmation. No payment card is required for the free planner.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel renewal through Manage subscription in your account. Paid access continues until the paid period ends after cancellation. Account deletion requires the subscription to end first. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Food and allergies
Allergen filters exclude listed ingredients only and cannot guarantee products or kitchens are free of allergens or cross-contact. Check labels and recipe instructions and use a suitable food thermometer. Sofra is not a medical or clinical nutrition service and makes no health or weight-loss promises.
Sharing and availability
Anyone with a valid share link can view its content. Revoke the link when you no longer want to share. The recipe catalog may change and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance; you can download your account data.
